House Of Spells Offers Unique Accessories for Harry Potter Fans Abroad (Product Review)

House of Spells Harry Potter Products

Sometimes it's easy to assume that Harry Potter merch can be found anywhere in the United States, especially in person at stores like Target or Kohls. However, that's not always the case. Finding a unique independent store like House of Spells that offers collectibles is a stunning way to grow your collection.

House of Spells is a Harry Potter themed shop in London that was kind enough to reach out to me and send this charming bundle of accessories. The store ships internationally, and in addition to Harry Potter, they also feature items from Fantastic Beasts, Lord of the Rings, and Stranger Things. I was excited to unbox a variety of accessories that are different from anything I've seen in the States so far.

Please Note: I received these items from House of Spells in exchange of a review. Opinions are my own. I do not receive commission if you click on any of the links in this post. If you'd like to send me a product to review, check out my work with me page. Thank you for supporting my site!

House of Spells Harry Potter pencil case
The Hogwarts letter that Harry Potter and all of his peers receive in the mail is a limitless source of inspiration for merchandise. While it's appeared in stores from charm for a bracelet to throw blankets, I loved that this pencil case is the actual shape of what an envelop would be.

It's made of a faux leather with a plastic crest shaped like the sealed stamp in Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. One side features Harry's address and the other features the back of the envelope. It's the perfect size and a carry-on that will have other wizards and witches in homeroom talking about.

House of Spells Harry Potter Gryffindor Accessories
The bundle of hair accessories included a hair tie with a Gryffindor bow, Gryffindor scrunchie, and a headband. Here, in the United States, accessories are usually limited to picking an assortment of hair ties and scrunchies or a headband on its own. This bundle had a small variety of accessories packed together nicely, which makes it easier to put together an outfit without wishing to have a different hair clasp to use. I can definitely see myself wearing these the next time I go to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter to celebrate my Gryffindor pride, especially on a hot day where Butterbeer isn't enough to cool me down.

As a writer and blogger, I'm constantly on the look-out for journals to organize my thoughts and ideas. The front of this journal features a lightning bolt scar with glasses that attaches to the back cover. It acts as a fun 'seal' for the journal when it's closed that's super easy to unclasp and use.

Similar to the Harry Potter journal, the Maurader's Map is another neat office item I haven't seen before. The Maurader's Map wraps around the pen on the outside, and as a special treat on the inside, you can pull out a Mauraders banner that says 'I Solemnly Swear That I'm Up To No Good.' It's a small detail that reminds me of something fun and special that the Weasleys would come up with to sell at Weasleys Wizard Wheezes.

This bundle of accessories, individually and as a set, is a magical way to kick off another year at Hogwarts that's just around the corner. If fans in the United States or abroad are looking for newer collectibles, House of Spells is a great step to shopping internationally and finding unique items for their Hogwarts trunk. I've already bookmarked items on my own to shop for in the future.

Thank you to House of Spells for the wonderful bundle of accessories. This shop includes a wide range of Harry Potter merchandise including wands, drinkware, clothing, and much more. Be sure to check out their official website for more Harry Potter, Fantastic Beasts, and pop culture collectibles.
