Everyone from Warwick Davis to Helena Bonham Carter showed up for the final premiere. Following red carpet interviews along the way, Director David Yates, Producer David Heyman, Author JK Rowling, and the Golden Trio Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, and Rupert Grint gathered upon the main stage to give their final tearful good-bye speeches.
One week later on July 15th, Deathly Hallows Part 2 premiered in theaters across the world.
To mark the one year anniversary, ABC Family held a 3-day Harry Potter weekend event airing Chamber of Secrets, Goblet of Fire, Order of the Phoenix, and The Half Blood Prince. #Potterversary and #1YearDH2Premiere also trended on Twitter worldwide.
