Universal Orlando Resort Premiers The Nighttime Lights at Hogwarts Castle

A Celebration of Harry Potter 2018 kicked off the three-day weekend of wizarding panels, workshops, and demonstrations with a spectacular premiere featuring none other than the Hogwarts castle.

Putting the boarding school centerstage of its very own show, Universal Orlando Resort premiered  The Nighttime Lights at Hogwarts Castle via livestream. Using a light projection and magical score from the Harry Potter film franchse, the school lit up with pride. The Sorting hat narrated a ceremony calling on the park's guest to express their house pride. Fans watched the houses of Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Slytherin and Ravenclaw came to life, with the symbols of each one displaying across the castle.

For fans who are looking to see the show live, it's currently running on a limited basis with a few slots opened on January 31st, and February 5th to 12th. According to the Universal Orlando blog, additional dates will be announced at a later time.

Luckily, The Nighttime Lights at Hogwarts Castle originally premiered at Universal Studios Hollywood in Summer 2017 and can be watched below. The video is courtesy of Inside the Magic.

What do you think? Which house would you show pride for?
