Warner Bros. Studio Tour London Opens “Return to Azkaban” Exhibit

Warner Bros. Studio Tour London has launched the “Return to Azkaban” exhibit, marking the 20th anniversary of “Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.” This addition introduces various props, costumes, and sets from the film to the studio tour.

Upon entering the Great Hall, visitors are greeted by 100 floating candles and a performance by the Frog Choir. A significant new feature is Sybill Trelawney’s Divination classroom, which is adorned with rich fabrics and includes the original teacup that revealed ‘The Grim.’

The exhibit also features the Knight Bus, known for its erratic journey, now captured with moving beds. Another update is the Defence Against the Dark Arts classroom, which showcases a scene with Professor Lupin teaching how to handle a Boggart, including a comical depiction of Snape.

Another interactive element is the Monster Book of Monsters, strategically placed under a bed in the Leaky Cauldron setup, adding an element of surprise. Visitors are encouraged to participate in a scavenger hunt using an Activity Passport, which includes finding Scabbers among other interactive activities.

“Return to Azkaban” is available from May 1st through September 4th, 2024. The exhibit is included in the standard ticket price, and more details can be found on the official Warner Bros. Studio Tour London website.
